SUP surf lessons
SUP surfing is an advanced field in this great sport.
Entering the world of surfing, requires high skills and good control over the SUP board.
SUP surf lessons are done in "one on one" form, and are with a big emphasis on safety, "reading" the waves and being aware to the surfer's surroundings.
This teaching method was developed by Shahar Peleg, and it allows a safe and effective progress.
In our busy daily lives, there are relatively few opportunities to go to the sea and surf. Throughout the year, we organize several workshops in various destinations around the world. The workshops combine paddling, wave catching with SUP, and yoga classes.
The workshop allows for a deeper experience of the sea and surfing in exotic areas and under unique conditions.
During the workshop, most of the day is dedicated to surfing.
The workshops are accompanied by a professional surfing photographer who documents the experience and allows for real-time analysis and learning.
